Submission Process


Important ! Every Ph.D student at ImVia must submit a paper at least once during his thesis (in 2nd or 3rd year).

Papers in PDF format must be submitted here.


Revision Process


Each participant at the Doctoral Day will be assigned at least one paper to review.

The members of the Committee will assign the reviewer for each paper. They will as well review supplementary materials.

The Committee strives for a double blind review.

A best paper will be chosen by the committee after final submission.


Registration


Registration deadline is the 19 th February 2019.

Participants need to register here before this date.
